Mastermind group for ambitious Mothers Entrepreneurs

1. A twice monthly dedicated space for myself to hear others and be heard. I feel heard in that deep way where what is being said behind my words gets noticed and addressed in a supportive fashion. I have learned from this that often I create limits for myself that are simply a product of my thoughts and not reality.

2. I have gotten great feedback from an amazing group of diversely talented women who share insights and creative ideas. I have put many of the groups ideas into action and feel very grateful.

3. Christine creates a safe and open forum for getting to the heart of what we want from our businesses and from ourselves. This space allows me to be honest with myself and others. Sometimes there are issues that can be hard to hear and Christine and the group provide gentle but realistic commentary.

4. Through the Mastermind group I have created a consistent Plan of Action and feel accountable to myself and the group at each call. My business is thriving and I am consistently reminded of my goals and my implementation plan

5. Christine is great at reminding us of the power of celebration and sharing our celebrations is part of each call. A small event I may not consider celebratory becomes truly worthy after talking with the group because small things count in our busy lives!

What is a MasterMind Group?

A MasterMind group is simply an alliance of two or more individuals dedicating themselves to a specific goal.

Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, first defined the mastermind as:

“ a coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”

Since the publication of Think and Grow Rich in the 1937, the idea of mastermind groups has grown and evolved to become a staple tool of successful individuals.

The benefits of having a supportive mastermind group are plenty:

1. You have a group of people available to help you succeed.
2. You get the benefit of differing perspectives, input and feedback.
3. Your mastermind team can bring resources and connections to the table you might not have had on your own.
4. You receive accountability and inspiration from the group, thus enabling you to maintain focus in achieving your goals.

Napoleon Hill even went so far as to say there was a mystical quality created when a mastermind group was formed. He said:

“No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.”

In other words, your ability to create things in the world is increased by having that invisible “third mind” of the mastermind group.

More often, when someone mentions that a mastermind group is forming, they mean a group dedicated to success and achievement. You can create a group that is led by a facilitator (sometimes paid), or a group that is run by members. These groups can meet in person, over a telephone conference line, or even in online chat rooms.

As Napoleon Hill said:

“Analyze the record of any man who has accumulated a great fortune, and many of those who have accumulated modest fortunes, and you will find that they have either consciously, or unconsciously employed the ‘Master Mind’ principle.”

How Does it works?

MasterMind Groups for Ambitious Women will meet via Teleconference + exchanges messages on the online message board. Typically a twice-a-month meeting is scheduled.

Because of the group nature, a commitment is required. We are looking for highly-motivated people who are willing to ask for -- and give --help and support.

The Facilitator will screen applicants and make sure they fit into the group and that their commitment level is high.

Because the group is limited to only 5 Women, you'll be guaranteed personal attention.

If a person is not participating up to the group standard she may be asked to leave the group. This guaranties a high level of energy and the effectiveness of the group.

MasterMind Groups create a win-win situation for all participants. New friendships develop and everyone grows because of the support and encouragement of the MasterMind Group.

Since I started Christine's Mastermind Group, my business has completely taken off in new and exciting ways. The Mastermind Group provides me with a bi-monthly check-in with Christine and also with other ambitious mothers who bring a weath of knowledge to the table and have provided me with excellent feedback. Our group is very diverse--none of us are in the same business--and yet when we each lend a completely open-minded ear to the challenges and opportunities of each other, we've found the threads of similar issues running through our respective businesses, so that we learn and grow from the experiences of each other. Christine keeps the group on track and is always there with her keen listening ear, reflecting back our own truth and gently guiding us toward our own path.
